MCCLARY HOLDINGS LLC Production Supervisor PM Shift (Bilingual) in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Who we are.

McClary Innovation (MCI) is a fully integrated solution for packaging needs, with world-class packaging engineering capabilities. We are committed to being a leader in anticipating and solving our clients' packaging and manufacturing needs.

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for our PM (Night) shift. This position will focus on the overall production, food safety, quality, and maintenance related matters.

*Schedule: *

  • Afternoons (Starting at 3pm, at least 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and all aspects of PM production.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among plant employees.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Control costs to meet financial targets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of operators.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Safety Protocol: Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures, correct or report any observed safety hazards, support safety policies and programs.

* Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with production planning systems (MRP/ERP)
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in a Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment. Preferably dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual highly preferred (Spanish/English fluent in both languages, read, write and speak)
