We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for our PM (Night) shift. This position will focus on the overall production, food safety, quality, and maintenance related matters.
*Schedule: *
- Afternoons (Starting at 3pm, at least 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and all aspects of PM production.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among plant employees.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Control costs to meet financial targets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of operators.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Safety Protocol: Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures, correct or report any observed safety hazards, support safety policies and programs.

* * Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with production planning systems (MRP/ERP)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment. Preferably dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing.
