The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine is seeking a Pediatrics Personnel Representative to join the departments centralized faculty and staff administration team. The Pediatrics Personnel Representative provides complex administrative support in the areas of human resources, faculty and staff administration, compliance, and record maintenance for the Department of Pediatrics consisting of over 1,200 employees, including approximately 400 faculty and 800 staff. Functions as a key member of the departments centralized faculty and staff administration team, and acts as a catalyst between the Department and its customers and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service and care.The Department of Pediatrics is the second largest department in the University of Utah School of Medicine and one of the largest pediatric departments in the country.
