Job SummaryThe Division of Pediatric Nephrology at the University of Utah School of Medicine is seeking a Clinical Nurse to function as a member of the nephrology team. The nephrology team consists of 2 RN and 2 APCs working with 6 MDs. This position will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients via phone, health portal, Tele Health and Tele Home, and in outpatient settings.
