Overview Myriad Genetics is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to join the Enterprise Marketing Team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role will focus on orchestrating and supporting core marketing operational functions including tracking goals and KPIs, budgeting, vendor management, and asset management. You'll act as "Chief of Staff" to the CMO and help ensure the team operates at peak efficiency, delivering on time and on budget. CLIA Title:New York State Title:

Responsibility * Track goals, KPIs and progress reports for all enterprise marketing functions, partnering closely with other team members. * Maintain and track budget for enterprising marketing with continually updated view of spending, planned investments, and forecast analysis. * Manage cross-departmental funding for key initiatives and program. * Manage key marketing vendor relationships, including the roster of preferred vendors and agencies for advertising, video production, communications, digital marketing, etc. * Ensure consistency in our marketing vendor MSAs, and ongoing adherence to Myriad processes and brand training. * Lead process for new vendor RFP, selection, on-boarding. * Act as enterprise marketing point person to develop and maintain shared asset libraries for marketing content, including core presentations, brand assets, photography, video, etc. * Partner closely with other teams and stakeholders, including business units, commercial operations, etc. * Identify and share best practices across content to drive efficiency within the business. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required. * 10+ years of relevant marketing and operations management experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Project management and budgeting experience. * Must be agile and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
