About the Role As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include: * Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment. * Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process. * Educates, directs, and supports employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance and is responsible for maintenance budget. * Identifying cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components. * Adjusts repairs or replaces parts, assemblies, and machine equipment. * Reads and interprets blueprints for repair and installation of equipment. About You We Require: * High School Diploma or GED * Demonstrates understanding of mechanical/electrical problems and fixes. * Good organizational skills. * Experience with manufacturing equipment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints. * Good root cause problem solving skills.
