Principal Duties As a Journey Maintenance Specialist you will provide facility/building maintenance services to state facilities using knowledge and skills in the following:        

  • plumbing
  • electrical
  • painting
  • construction
  • hand tools
  • power tools

      The Best Qualified Candidate The best qualified candidate for this position will have:

  • 3 or more years of experience in facility/building maintenance.

Additional Preferences Additional points will be awarded to candidates with experience in:

  • Electrical systems.
  • Heating and cooling syst ems.
  • Culinary and waste water piping systems.
  • Reading schematic drawings.
  • Working with computer controls.
