The IT Security Analyst will be responsible for identity access related activities involving access certification, provisioning, and application/system on-boarding. The IT Security Analyst will support and continually handle internal client communications related to provisioning users and the updating of documentation for identity and access management. The position requires excellent attention to detail, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provisioning activities and executing day-to-day tasks to include creating, deleting , disabling, enabling, unlocking and modifying user accounts
  • Create and maintain documentation for security related activities and metric reporting
  • Advocate secure computing practices and procedures, and communicate Information Security best practices throughout the company
  • Provides practical recommendations regarding continuous improvement on Information Security and Privacy programs and practices
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for IAM processes and be proactive in finding solutions to access issues
  • Analyze and assess provisioning issues and escalate where appropriate

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Creates within the team a shared focus on the importance of achieving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
  • Smart, creative, energetic, conscientious, and enthusiastic person with strong problem solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Public and Private Cloud IAM (Familiarity with IDaaS solutions such as Azure AD and OKTA AD , as well as securing SaaS) is a plus
  • Experience with Identity Management processes and tools

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $57,900 -- $157,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
