Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individual who require assistance with all daily living activities. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life and help them maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home.

 

Duties: - Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Accompany clients to appointments and outings - Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior - Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors

  • Run errands and perform other duties needed by clients

     

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes - Ability to pass a background check
