General Maintenance Worker II
Do you enjoy trouble shooting,fixing repairs and feeling a sense of accomplishment in your job? If so,this may be the job for you! We are looking for a motivated individual who would like to contribute to making a difference in our facility.
Principal Duties
- Mowing lawns & trimming trees/ bushes
- Repairing and servicing lawn and ground equipment
- Ordering parts and supplies
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Eliminating safety hazards
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Building,fabricating,or repairing structures or equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining floors,windows,furniture,garbage etc.
- Performing general facility maintenance including painting,carpentry,masonry,plumbing,electrical,etc.
Using and operating a variety of tools and equipment
Ideal Candidate Enjoys working on a variety of projects
