General Maintenance Worker II

Do you enjoy trouble shooting,fixing repairs and feeling a sense of accomplishment in your job? If so,this may be the job for you! We are looking for a motivated individual who would like to contribute to making a difference in our facility. 

Principal Duties

  • Mowing lawns & trimming trees/ bushes
  • Repairing and servicing lawn and ground equipment
  • Ordering parts and supplies
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Eliminating safety hazards
  • Performing preventative maintenance
  • Building,fabricating,or repairing structures or equipment
  • Cleaning and maintaining floors,windows,furniture,garbage etc.
  • Performing general facility maintenance including painting,carpentry,masonry,plumbing,electrical,etc.
  • Using and operating a variety of tools and equipment
