Work at beautiful Red Butte Garden and enjoy making a positive impact on the lives of K-12 students and campers. Educators at Red Butte Garden share their passion for plants, the outdoors, and the environment to K-12 students during field trips, visits to classrooms, summer camps, and more. Educators are responsible for teaching lessons and guiding students through investigations to engage them with the science of plants and the environment.During the school year, this position will primarily work with schools. During the summer, this position will primarily work with summer camps. Educators will acquire and strengthen skills in communication, teaching, curriculum development, classroom management, and more.Red Butte Garden is accessible via several bus routes that stop in Research Park and at the University Medical Center, as well as the Trax Red line, followed by a short walk or on-demand university campus shuttle. The campus shuttle offers a direct line to Red Butte Garden via the Sunnyside Route.
