The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking an experienced executive support professional to join our vital and collaborative team. Our Executive Assistant directly manages Divisional Leadership obligations by staying on top of and coordinating priorities, managing conflicts, and timely providing information and updates. Oversight includes administrative support, data/records maintenance, word processing, telecommunications, office equipment maintenance, transcribing/dictation, payroll, on-boarding and off-boarding. Acts as a catalyst between the division and its patients and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service and care.
