The Cary Company is seeking an ambitious, energetic individual to support our Salt Lake City, UT (https://www.thecarycompany.com/quality-container) office as a Customer Relations Specialist. This position is perfect for those who thrive on managing multiple tasks while providing world-class customer service. In addition to being an excellent support for our sales force and management staffs, we are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen. Responsibilities:

  • Help drive repeat business by making exceptional quality of service a high priority, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. 

  • Efficiently process orders and transactions.

  • Track and update customers on order status and delivery timelines by coordinating with logistics and shipping partners.

  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by collaborating with the sales and warehouse teams.

  • Improve overall customer experience and service efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a diplomatic and effective manner.

  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records in the CRM program.

  • Recommend new products or services by identifying relevant features and benefits.

  • Be a forward thinker by continuously seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a business related field 

  • Proven experience in a customer service role a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing.

  • Knowledge of packaging materials and products is a plus.

  • Being bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
