Deseret Digital Media (we call ourselves DDM), the home of the mildly addictive KSL Classifieds, is seeking to hire an exceptional, customer-centric individual with a knack for solving problems and troubleshooting issues.

 

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will have a desire to help KSL users when they have questions or problems while using our site and app. You will work with both external customers as well as internal teams, so being able to communicate with a variety of personalities is a must! This position will also help keep those pesky fraudsters off of our site. 

 

Day to day responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting users calling or chatting in to get assistance with their KSL account and listings 

  • Moderating KSL listings to help prevent user fraud and drive the best customer experience

  • Work closely with the Customer Experience manager on fraud efforts, listing moderation, and special projects as they arise

  • Collaborate with the team and manager to accomplish various tasks and help provide the voice of the customer to all product owners

  • Manage incoming tickets generated by users emailing into KSL support 

  • Be proficient in managing all user requests related to the classifieds marketplace 

  • Work with product owners to pass user feedback for product development purposes or bugs and issues 

  • Assist users and product owners with known or unknown bugs and proper troubleshooting 

  • Managing personal KPI's to ensure proficiency in time to resolve and other user metrics

  • Excellent computer and typing abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent education

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Possess initiative and willingness to take action
