About this role:

The Cloud Service Excellence Practices Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and innovation within security services. Working closely with global, cross-functional teams, they actively seek out opportunities to refine service delivery processes.

By collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and Backend teams, the Engineer ensures that every aspect of our solution development and delivery adheres to the highest standards of best practices, with a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and adoption.

In addition to their crucial role in enhancing service delivery, the Engineer leads the way in providing technical enablement for professional services, guiding the successful introduction and implementation of new solutions, features, and version releases.

What you will do:

  • Lead or take part in projects or initiatives aimed at defining best practices for service delivery, inegrating new products, and enhancing processes within security services.
  • Capture architecture, configuration, use case, and security best practices throughout new solution development phases. Incorporate these practices into field delivery to ensure a best-practices-centric outcome.
  • Work with subject matter experts on projects to improve service delivery, drive enablement, and refine internal processes, by leveraging feedback from the field and customers to enhance security, adoption, efficiency, reduce overhead, and streamline deliveries.
  • Work with a team of global SMEs on projects to create, maintain, and enhance internal and customer-facing content that aligns with professional services delivery standards and CyberArk product messaging.
  • Lead on activities which will provide comprehensive technical and practices enablement for professional services teams, collaborating with enablement, training teams, and subject matter experts to ensure proficiency in delivering customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams including Product Management, R&D, SMEs, and Backend teams to ensure alignment of new product features and version releases with best practices, prioritizing customer-focused delivery.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations in SaaS and Cloud services, continuously seeking out best practices to enhance development and delivery strategies.
  • Act as a technical advisor for consulting and engineering teams, providing guidance on implementing customer-focused solutions with maximum value.

What you need to succeed:

  • 4+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator
  • 2+ years of experience at a SaaS or security vendor in a technical, deliver y focused role
  • Experience in building enablement and training programs and content
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with functions inside and outside the organization
  • Experience in leading processes and initiatives tied to measurable positive outcomes
  • Proven track record of achieving results while balancing demanding expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate to different target audiences from technical to executive
  • Excellent organ izational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in writing scripts and development work preferred
  • Security+, r similar security certifications preferred

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
