JOB DESCRIPTION: The Reentry and Rehabilitation Division is seeking a Caseworker Specialist II to join our team of skilled professionals and work with incarcerated males at our Conquest Male Substance Use Treatment Program.   Our division provides evidence-based,individualized interventions to safely reintegrate justice involved individuals back into the community. Our goal is to develop and carry out high quality,evidence based programs aimed at improving individual outcomes and enhancing community safety by promoting accountability,and strengthening partnerships while maintaining a positive work environment. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Licensure in one of the following: Social Service Worker 
  • Experience working with clients with substance use disorder
  • Experience teaching educational classes
  • Experience in case management principles
  • Effective speaking,reading,and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and criminogenic risk factors
