Ability to perform basic math including adding, subtracting, dividing and multiplying and use these operations with units of measurement such as inch, foot, yard, ounce and use a tape measure

Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in commercial construction

Ability to frame a wall, sheetrock, mud and tape as well as prep wall for paint

Load, unload and identify building materials, machinery and tools as well as distribute those to job site

Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment, clean up job site before leaving each day

Experience in all general construction skills including but not limited to painting, repair of wood structure, installation of walls, removal of existing structures, painting with professional quality, caulking and demolition. Interior work as well as exterior work skills.

Assists in building structures for commercial and residential construction sites

Valid driver\'s license
