salary: $16 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Commencing Production: Initiating production operations promptly at the scheduled start of the shift.

  • Safety Assurance: Ensuring the safe operation of all manufacturing equipment by checking and confirming the functionality of guards and emergency stop buttons before the commencement of production.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Completing various checklists and operator production sheets before and after production. Additionally, may be required to generate production reports on an hourly basis.

  • Quality Manufacturing: Executing the production process to guarantee that all manufactured products meet specified quality, quantity, and packaging requirements as per customer expectations.

  • Adherence to Standards: Following HPPS, Lean Manufacturing directives, ISO 14001 environmental requirements, and TS16949 standards as outlined by company policy.

  • Flexibility and Team Support: Accepting assignments and additional responsibilities to support team objectives and overall operational efficiency.

  • Comprehension and Adaptability: Demonstrating an understanding of operational work instructions and promptly adapting to changes in processes.

  • Physical Requirements: Being capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds overhead when necessary and standing for extended periods as dictated by operational needs.

  • Attendance and Dependability: Demonstrating a track record of good attendance and reliability from previous employment experiences.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment

  • manual lifting up to 20lbs

  • standing for 8 hours at one time
