City Wide Facility Solutions Second Shift Services Manager in Salem, Oregon

City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) is looking for a responsible 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator to join our team to work the Salem territory. Part of your job will be to check on our facilities to help us maintain client satisfaction. You will also coordinate with our Account Managers and Independent Contractors to assist in resolving client concerns. Ultimately, you'll help City Wide, our customers and Independent Contractors build a strong working relationship.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain regular nightly route schedule

  • Work closely with Account Manager to review objectives and goals for nightly route

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors

  • Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors

  • Utilize CRM to review client scope and create an inspection each client visit

Compensation $37,440/yr

Requirements

  • Experience with email, data entry

  • Ability to multitask

  • Reliable transportation/ability to commute to client location

  • Availability to work the following hours: 4:30 pm – 1:00 am

Preferred

  • Bilingual - Spanish

  • Supervisory Experience - 2 years
