Job Title: Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician Lead, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment. This includes hydraulic and mechanical presses ranging from 60 to 1200 tons, robotic welders, CNC machines, and more. You will be responsible for electrical troubleshooting and repairs from 24v to 480v, including 3-phase motors, relays, sensors, and switches. Additionally, you will handle new installation projects, perform preventative maintenance according to a detailed schedule, and conduct repairs on facility maintenance when needed.

Hard Skills

  • Industrial maintenance with electrical 480v/3phase and mechanical knowledge

  • Mechanical maintenance including hydraulics, welding, bearings/gears/motors, and basic electrical skills

  • Troubleshooting skills for preventative maintenance

  • Facilities maintenance including painting and lighting

Soft Skills

  • Leadership/Management experience

  • Good computer skills

  • Organization skills for tooling and components

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Salem, Ohio.

Work Environment

This position operates in a first shift schedule, from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, averaging 50 hours per week. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $25 to $35 per hour, with the potential for quarterly bonuses. We provide necessary PPE, including ear and eye protection, and require steel toe boots.
