Allegany Hospitality Company LLC Server in Salamanca, New York

A server will enjoy interacting with diverse personality types, while serving food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to continue to deliver outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities:

          Accurately take orders from guests, submit to kitchen using Point-of-Sales (POS) software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner

          Knowledge of restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials

          In an honest and timely manner, prepare checks, process credit cards, accept and make accurate change for cash payments

          Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures

          Provide timely, courteous service to all guests throughout the meal service

          Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned

          Accurately prepare sales and tip reports at shift's end, deposit cash and credit card receipts

          Complete other front of house duties such as host, and busser- food runner as needed to meet business requirements

          Other duties per Duties Checklist and as requested

 

Position Requirements:

          Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company F&B policy

          Excellent customer service and people skills

          Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts

          Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork

          Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people

          Must pass criminal history check
