デリバリー・サービス・パートナー（DSP）のオペレーションに責任を持ち、パフォーマンス管理やオペレーション計画の推進をサポートするシニアチャネル・チーム・リード (Senior CTL) を募集します。

Key job responsibilities

■アカウント管理：Amazonとの協業を含めた配送パートナーの成長を推進する。Amazonが運営するデリバリーステーションにてオペレーションチームおよび各ステークホルダーと協業する中でチームが設定するアカウント戦略を実行し、DSPパートナーとのAmazonのビジネス機会の全体最適をはかり最大化する。

■フィールド訪問：Amazonが運営する配送ステーション、DSPパートナーの配送デポ（DS）をデイリー/ウィークリー/マンスリーで定期的に訪問する。

■トレーニング：Amazonのプロセス、プロダクト、オペレーションモデルおよび標準オペレーション手順のトレーニングやコーチングを実施する。

■現場レベルで、既存の配送ネットワーク上に新しいプロダクトやサービスをローンチさせることや実際の配送パートナーの他チームとの協業オペレーションを実現していく

■レポーティング：DSPパートナーの直近のパフォーマンスや状況について定期的にレポートを作成し担当エリア全体の配送ネットワークの状況報告をマネージャーに対して行う。データに基づきアクションプランをパートナーに対して提案する。

■チームマネージメント：DSPのチームを構築やターゲット達成のためのチーム運営をアドバイスする。

■DSPパートナーのエンゲージメントを向上させ、ビジネスの改善やリテンションを高める。

■DSPパートナーのターゲット達成の(ボリューム／初回配完率等主要メトリック)モチベーションを高める。

■日々のオペレーションから生じるエスカレーションに対応する。

■必要に応じて配送センターのオペレーションをサポートする。

A day in the life

・大阪府堺の拠点に所属し、大阪南部・四国エリアをご担当いただきます。

担当エリアや業務状況により、週3日程度の出張（宿泊を伴う場合有）が発生する可能性があります。

・休日：土日祝

・勤務時間：フレックスタイム制（基本は9:00～18:00ですが業務状況などによってフレキシブルな勤務時間になる場合があります）

Basic Qualifications

  • 以下"①～③いずれか"の経験

  • ①4年以上の営業やアカウント管理経験

  • ②4年以上の現場オペレーション（小売り，レストラン，物流や配送現場など）マネジャーとしての管理経験

  • ③4年以上の物流管理経験

  • データ分析に基づいた業務改善の経験（規模の大小は問わず）

  • ビジネスレベルのエクセル操作（基本的な関数やピボットテーブル必須）

Preferred Qualifications

  • 配送オペレーションの経験

  • プロジェクト主導の経験

  • 複数の部署，ステークホルダーとの意見集約や調整の経験

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

  • インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること
