MMI Hospitality Group Human Resources Coordinator in Saint Simons Island, Georgia
The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort (https://www.kingandprince.com/) is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team! This position will assist and support the Human Resources Manager in various functions of the Human Resources department, including talent, compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.
The Human Resource Coordinator will provide administrative support in various areas, including recruitment, new hire onboarding and orientation, employment, and personnel records. Other responsibilities include team member engagement, timekeeping, payroll assistance, upkeep of internal programs, and acting as an ambassador of the resort.
The ideal person for this position would be a recent graduate or individual looking to further their study in the field of hospitality and/or human resources while providing administrative support to the department. This position provides opportunities to work in numerous aspects of Human Resources as well as interact with various departments of the Resort. If you have a strong commitment to learning and growing in the hospitality and/or HR field and understand the importance of team member satisfaction, this could be the job for you!
