Job Title: Field Technical Spt/ Printer Tech

Location: Maplewood, MN Minnesota MN 55144 United States

Duration:24 months on W2

Rate:$23.48/hr

Key responsibilities:

  • Replace consumables

  • Clear paper jams

  • Assist customers with overview of device functionality

  • Report dissatisfaction to GCSM

  • Assist in manual collections for manual devices

  • Manage all incoming 3M-OXP tickets (MPS program printer tickets)

  • Place and dispatch MASE service calls

  • Update 3M Service now with status on escalations

  • Manage all incoming IMAC requests

  • Forward OXP IMAC ticket to CSM

  • Add ticket to IMAC CO template including three cost centers for each asset including old site, new site, idle, NB; IDLE never pays for device.

  • Create SRF (Shipping Request Form) to send to carrier

  • Populate CO template with move data (three templates)

  • Approve SRF and carrier shipment

  • Coordinate pickup and ship and reception of moved device

  • Coordinate installation at destination site

  • Manage Idle inventory

  • Repair and prepare for redeployment of idle devices

  • Non Reporting Device (NRD) resolution via WJA and EWS (coordination with site IT)

  • Change Order Loading

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
