Job Details Summary A key leader responsible for integrating the latest data science and analytic techniques into Company's survey and other primary data collection activities. Design and implement appropriate data science and statistical methodologies requiring a broad range of technical sophistication and rigor. Propose novel data science methods from other industries that could be incorporated into the Company's survey analytic work. Lead analytic staff on survey projects that provide healthcare decision and policy makers with actionable results that can be leveraged to transform healthcare. Oversee the development and testing of all custom survey instruments requested by Company clients. Primary duties and responsibilities will include the following: 40%: Serve as the statistical leader overseeing methodology development, data analysis, and evaluation of findings for all Medicaid and commercial survey projects within the Company. 20%: Responsible for leading statistical innovation in survey data analysis for the Company, including the integration of new techniques into the evaluation of survey data (e.g., machine learning and natural language processing). 15%: Lead and supervise the Medicaid and commercial survey analytic team. 10% Oversee the development of statistical models and approaches used to evaluate survey data. 5%: Responsible for overseeing the development and psychometric testing of custom survey instruments for all Company clients. 5%: Present and communicate project results to nonanalytic staff members and customers. 5%: Review all survey contract scopes of work from a statistical perspective. Salary range:$101,355 to $125,000 / year Compensation: 101,355 - 125,000 DOE Job Requirements: Education and/or Experience Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, or other closely related field of study. Plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the offered position or other related positions.
