Job Summary: As a Quality Manager, you will support the vision of quality standards for Disability Residential Services (DRS) as well as support DRS to meet Council on Quality & Leadership (CQL) accreditation standards. In addition, you will assist in conducting the internal and external stakeholder satisfaction surveys - including distributing, analyzing, and reporting in conjunction with the Quality Enhancement workgroup. You will also assist in the implementation of best practice quality standards that lead to exceptional service to people supported and provide training and support to area teams with the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), Therap, CQL, Altair Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives and best practice training. Qualifications and Requirements: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Community Health Education, Nursing, or related field or equivalent experience is required. Two years of experience working with vulnerable populations - including experience in training, supervisory or managerial capacity is required. Experience managing people. Experience in facilitation and training. Certified CQL trainer and interviewer required - will receive after hire. Ability to observe, listen, and respond with dignity and respect. Comfortable speaking in large groups. Ability to accept/follow through with direction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs and databases. Creative team member who can suggest and implement strategies to enhance the service. Ability to exhibit patience, self-control, flexibility, and to recognize boundaries. A valid driver's license is required. Reliable and insured personal vehicle is required. Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required. Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record is required.
