Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is looking for a project manager to join their growing team!

Location: St. Paul, MN

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects for Cross-Functional Teams, coordinating external resources.

  • Mentor team members, provide direction, and offer expertise to Business Development Managers.

  • Collaborate on project scope, plans, and analysis with BDMs and customers.

  • Ensure project progress aligns with milestones and timelines, taking proactive actions to prevent issues.

  • Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, changes, and contingencies.

  • Drive projects at Speed to Market meetings and attend Sales Round Table team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Demonstrated evidence of disciplined project management.

  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum; Scrum Master certification preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in medical device/converting industry.

  • Proven cross-functional relationship skills.

  • Success in developing revenue-increasing strategies and managing change effectively.

  • Applied knowledge of IQ, OQ, Validations, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements.

  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in CRM, MS Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
