This role deals with data maintenance and composes well-organized spreadsheet reporting systems. This position's work permits timely reference and reporting, aiding the team in the effective analysis, planning, and buying of new goods. Day in the life: In a typical day, the New Goods Coordinator can expect to... Vendor Data Management: Partner with department to gather and coordinate information from external vendors. Vendor Invoices: Collect and process vendor invoices. Vendor Order Management: Facilitate the timely shipping from vendors of merchandise and subsequent arrival to stores. Merchandise Planning: Plan and forecast for future buys, reoccurring buys, and current inventory levels.
