Aerotek High Level Mechanical Assembler in Saint Paul, Minnesota

SEEKING A HIGH LEVEL MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER IN THE VADNAIS HEIGHTS, MN AREA!

PAYING BETWEEN $20-$23/HOUR!

COMPANY OFFERS 3-5% YEARLY RAISES!

Description:

The person in this position will build electronic sub assemblies and final assemblies for large medical devices used in the treatment of asthma or lung issues. The person in this position will be responsible for building and testing the devices that they manufacture. Duties include will include, assembling, crimping wires, stripping wires, using various hand tools to complete sub assemblies, aplly sealants, loctite, follow ESD procedures while assembling components. The individual in this role must be able to read schematics or SOPs along with rulers and tape measures to complete their work.

Hours:

7:00am - 8:00am start time (could be flexible) until 3:30pm to 4:30pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have 2 plus years of experience with mechanical assembly or electronic assembly, preferably in a med device environment

Must be able to read, and understand written work instructions.

Must have 2 plus years of general prints/schematics experience

Must have 1 plus year of experience working with needle nose pliers, wire strippers, screw drivers and other small hand tools

Must be reliable, punctual
