Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Lead for one of our largest medical device clients in the Scranton, PA area. This person will acting as a lead in the local distribution center, responsible for training and guiding the local Field Service Representatives. This person will also have responsibilities including: equipment cleaning, quality checks, client facing deliveries, loading/unloading medical equipment, processing documentation for delivery/retrieval of products, and ensuring proper compliance within the facility.

Skills and Requirements

-High school diploma/GED OR higher education

-4+ years of experience in customer service or field service roles

-2+ years of experience in lead/supervisory roles

-Current and valid driver's license null
