Inputs a high volume of information into computer files, databases, or systems. Proofreads and verifies information keyed. Processes information with a high degree of accuracy. Maintains filing systems and departmental records. May perform other clerical duties as directed. Provides daily support for review of mail, forwards standard communication pieces to pension clients. Receive, and open, all incoming mail, determine action and route appropriately via the work tool Key non-financial pensioner change requests Return incomplete requests received via the mail For non-financial changes, review entries input by co-workers and approve transaction(s) in system Complete correction forms for client requests Follow up on tasks from the call center and complete within identified SLAs Mail requested address change, direct deposit, and IRS tax forms, to pensioner.
