Amherst H. Wilder Foundation - Lexington Client Services Specialist - On-call Staff in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Application Deadline: Open until filled Salary: $20 $21.64 per hour On-call staff work shifts: 4-12 am and 12 am-8am, Monday through Sundays, 8-4 pm Saturday and Sundays Duties Serve as primary contact for residents and customers regarding program information and services. Act as first point of contact for program greeting residents and customers, answering phones, keep building secure and provide administrative support all site staff as needed. Provide direct interaction with young adults who have been homeless and are now living independently. Ensure a welcoming and safe environment and complete communications and support tasks in an efficient and quality conscious manner. As an on-call staff person, must have availability to cover all of the times listed, including overnight coverage 12am-8am. Shift coverage is often planned a few weeks in advance but occasionally there's last minute coverage needed.
