We are seeking an Aviation - Senior Project Manager to help expand our Aviation practice in Twin Cities, across the Midwest and the firm.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in managing an aviation practice, mentoring and growing a team, and successfully marketing and winning projects in the aviation market.

The Aviation Senior Project Manager will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business. Accounting, administrative, marketing, recruiting, IT and production support will be provided. With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of a performance-based work environment that can advance to ownership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree.

  • Minimum 20+ years of aviation engineering.

  • Experience as a Project Manager managing and growing an aviation team.

  • Experience in the preparation of proposals, budgets, schedules, and public presentations.

  • Experience with WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project (or other scheduling software)

  • Professional Engineering License (desired but not required)

  • Senior Aviation Design Specialist

  • Experienced providing quality control review on engineering design plans for aviation related facilities and pavements

  • Experience with commercial airports.
