Wold Architects and Engineers is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a professional office environment to become part of our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. The candidate represents our Corporate Team as well as the company at large, so the successful candidate will be a team player, dependable, and amicable. We are a dynamic, growing architectural and engineering firm with headquarters in downtown St. Paul. Our core values are based around customer service at all levels of the organization. This entry-level position provides administrative support to our architectural and engineering teams, including project managers as well as project staff. Our team is responsible for all formal correspondence, receptionist backup, incoming and outgoing mail, and various projects to support corporate operations. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about taking on additional duties including social event planning and branch office coordination. The exceptional candidate will be skilled and excited about the following document processing areas: Outstanding and accurate word processing skills (50+WPM) Experience with Microsoft Office, including formatting, tables, and Excel spreadsheets Keen eye for proofreading and editing Contract and technical writing skills for specialty documents including unique project manuals, letters, and miscellaneous reports.
