Penn Pallet is currently hiring for our 3rd shift team member for our Pendu / Mill area. Starting wage of $18.00 / hour with weekly production incentive. You control the incentive pay as it is based on your performance. Get paid weekly and enjoy our many other benefits of paid holidays, earned vacation and individual / family insurance benefits.

This employee would have the following responsibilities / job duties: - Assisting with the operation process of cutting the raw lumber down to specific size - Completing the visual inspection of the cut and board.   - Ensuring the stacking process of the lumber and the correct count on the pallet.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to follow guidelines set by manager
  • Ability to lift, twist and bend for duration of shift
  • Ability to complete visual inspection of the boards for quality.
  • Willing to work in varied temperatures
  • Ability to work at a pace that is productive

Education & Experience

  • Experience in wood industry helpful, but not needed.
  • Willingness to learn position.
