Position Summary

The Senior Manager of Global Treasury is a Financial leader and responsible for providing a highly transparent and effective Treasury operation governed by sound business controls. Partners with the Treasury team to create the vision, strategy and standards by which the department provides leadership and value to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Global Treasury operations

  • Risk management

  • Liquidity management

  • Internal controls

  • Retirement assets and liabilities

  • Capital structure planning

  • Financial institutions

  • Financial analysis

  • Financial modeling

  • Acquisition integration

  • Manage debt capital, global cash management & cash flow forecasting

  • Manage derivative & hedging programs including FX, interest rates & commodities

  • Manage and oversee existing bank account services including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts

  • Supervise maintenance and update signatories on global bank accounts

  • Support global property & casualty insurance program

  • Manage international capitalization & dividend repatriation strategies

  • Manage stock repurchase program

  • Support defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans

  • Prepare, review and maintain SOX compliance within the department; ensure proper controls exist over cash and general treasury activities

  • Partner with business leaders before, during and after the M&A processes to evaluate financing strategies, deal economics and support the financial integration post close

  • Supervise Treasury staff

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 5-7 years Corporate Treasury experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance

  • SOX and internal control expertise

  • Strong analytical, financial and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills

  • Strong organizational and decision making skills

  • Superior oral and written communication skills

  • Self-motivation and attention to detail

  • Senior management exposure

  • Self-starter that works well in a team environment

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels both within and outside the organization

  • Capable of analyzing issues and ability to problem solve effectively & efficiently

  • Excellent time management skill and the ability to prioritize

What we prefer

  • CPA or CFA a plus

  • MBA a plus

  • Experience with a publicly traded company
