  • Ingest and process client related account documents, including updating account information and clearing instructions.
  • Assist in daily trade related activities such as running reports for trader and compliance review, maintaining logs of account activity and communicating with sales and trading.
  • General administrative duties providing assistance to clients and staff either in person, via email or phone.
  • New account opening and trade entry and reporting.
  • Act as a primary liaison between sales/trading and clearing firm to anticipate any issues and streamline solutions and improve overall efficiency.
