Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $ 44.68/hour

Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer/Field Technician and put your expertise to work across multiple locations, ensuring top-notch performance of essential systems. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background in Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations who’s ready to tackle diverse challenges in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a range of systems including Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Life Safety, and more, ensuring everything is in prime working condition.

  • Travel between facilities to provide expert support and ensure each location operates seamlessly.

  • Take charge of preventative maintenance, inventory, vendor coordination, and general facility upkeep.

  • Fine-tune HVAC systems by cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts for peak efficiency.

  • Keep precise records, monitor equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and hazardous materials protocols.

  • Oversee maintenance work by outside contractors, ensuring top quality and competitive pricing.

What You Bring:

  • Experience : 5-7 years in commercial building systems maintenance.

  • Certifications : EPA 608 Type II required (Universal preferred).

  • Skills : Expert problem-solving in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems; computer savvy with Word and Excel.

  • Bonus : Two years of trade school in electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration is a plus.

  • Driver’s License : Valid and ready to hit the road when needed.

Pay Details: $44.68 per hour
