[**Position Summary [Under general supervision, assists Maintenance A Workers with the task of completing work orders for routine and non-routine requests, including preventative and corrective maintenance; may work independently, performing basic processes and procedures, to accomplish routine tasks that do not require the same degree of specialized skills as a Maintenance A Worker.

- Service Calls and Emergency Response - This position is oriented towards customer service. Responds to work order requests, including but not limited to changing filters, greasing bearings, cleaning coils, punching tubes, maintaining salt levels in water softeners, replacing lamps/ballasts, and replacing ceiling tiles.
