Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The ideal client will be participating in the development and integration of human resource programs and initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation and participate in audits. Examples included administrating NOM 035, complying with ISO 9001-2015 requirements, managing the required procedures to fulfill the security programs in the supply chain according to C-TPAT and NEEC, monitoring compliance to our ethics program and conflict of interest policies and be familiar with governmental regulations regarding social security, tax regulations and all related matters encompassing HR and Labor relations. This person will be managing the relationship with the union and represent the company in collective bargaining negotiations. They need to be knowledgeable in evaluating the cost of contract agreement for budget planning process. Administer the salary and benefit programs by conducing market research and completing analysis of current and future proposals.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, industrial relations, or related area of study

  • 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management

  • Bilingual in Spanish/ English

  • Knowledge and Understanding of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, INFONAVIT and other Mexican regulations. - Master's Degree null
