Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Executive Administrative responsibilities
  • Vital conduit between EVP and CFO
  • Operate independently in absence of the EVP, CFO
  • Prepare Agendas
  • Follow-up and track projects, programs and performance
  • Budget analysis
  • Coordinate Audit schedules
  • Interacts with Agency officials
  • Oversee projects assigned from the EVP and CFO

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly professional and positive
  • Maintain positive and effective interactions and working relationships at all levels
  • Establish work priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Communicate both orally and in writing
  • Work well under pressure with a high degree of responsibility
  • Advance in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 50 wpm and above typing is preferred
