Position Summary: McCarthyis seekinga highly qualified Electrical Quality Superintendentto support quality initiatives and on-site inspections for renewable energy construction projects.This person is also the main liaisonwiththe Electrical leadership team andQuality group.They will serveas a resource in executing theSSQPandcommunicatinglessons learned.This individualwill also bethe main point of contact forQualityManagement between trade partners, owner representatives, and McCarthy team members. TheElectricalQualitySuperintendentmonitors the tradepartners'performance and interfaces with the respective Trade Partner quality leadership.This position will highly value strong leadership,communication, innovative problem-solving skills, and the desire to influence peers. This is a full-time, site-based position that requires extensive travel to locations that span the continental U.S. Travel subsistence and additional incentives provided per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Assist in developingthe Project Site Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), with project teammembers'input and client feedbackinformed by Owner contract expectations and the McCarthy RE Quality manual. Adapt and ensuretheproject Inspection and Test Plan (Verification) Logsfor components, systems,and assembliesconformwith the businessunit-leveltemplate. Enforce the Quality process that is being accomplished in the fieldbyconducting on-the-spot checks and inspections of in-process work and completed work. Work with theSelf-Perform ElectricalLeadership to implement aQuality strategy that focuses on data-driven decisionsin order toprovide customer value and promote a spirit of innovation and high-quality installation. Identify,document,and verifytheresolution ofQuality Issues/Observations/Non-Compliancesin accordance with the contract documents and the SSQP. ConfirmfirstInstallation Verificationsper the Inspection and Test Planandverify that On-Going Verifications and Testing are accomplished and documented in the PROCORE management system perthe ITP. Review electrical submittals for completeness and accuracy for submission to the Client and team members. Complete daily reportswhich document thatrequired quality control activities and tests have been performed Assist in the development of site Electrical Work Plans Maintains avalue-addedapproach toSelf-perform goals and initiatives. Skills and Qualifications Electrician/Construction professional with 10+ years of experience working on similar projects required. State Electrical license, Journeyman Electrician Union card, or completed electrical apprenticeship certificate preferred. Proven experiencewith quality management toolsfordesign-buildprojects. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Strong relationship-building and communications skills required. Proficient computer software skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required. OSHA 30-Hr Construction Safety certification preferred.

For Calif rnia locations only,the salary range for this position is: $99,700 - $192,200. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors. For Colorado locations only, In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB19-085), we are including McCarthy's good-faith and reasonable estimate of a range of entry level base compensation at the time of the posting. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Given the dynamic nature of the large-scale commercial construction industry, a candidate's project portfolio and background can change the role and compensation for which that candidate might be qualified. The title and pay range for this role could change based on candidate qualifications and experience.
