Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist supporting the Consumer Direct lending team of a large mortgage client in St. Louis, Missouri. The Customer Experience Specialist will be operating in a email support environment. The individual acts as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer. The individual is a key contributor to facilitating efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives, responding to at least 50 emails a day in regards to customer statement and questions.

Skills and Requirements
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*1 year of experience within customer service (preferably inbound written communication or in the mortgage industry)
*Ability to go on site 5 days a week in St. Louis, MO *Bilingual in Spanish (written)
*Bachelor's degree or Associates degree
*Experience with Google suites
*Previous mortgage or financial service experience
*Data entry experience
*Experience in a production based environment null
