$20/Hour $1,500 Sign On Incentive

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance and cleaning of the property
  • Scheduling and supervising of maintenance, ground and custodial employees.
  • Training staff
  • Enforce compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety, fire and health
  • Inventory control
  • Implement policy procedures.
  • Provide a safe clean environment for guests and employees
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and SDS manual.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent required and/or college education.
  • Broad Knowledge of organizational, communication and supervision skills.
  • Excellent customer and employee service skills are essential.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Valid Drivers License

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
