Quelles sont nos attentes ?
En tant qu’analyste des lignes moteurs, vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien analytique à l’équipe exécutive, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le département des opérations dans le département du service d’après marché. L'analyste financier aura la responsabilité de maintenir des modèles financiers pour soutenir les besoins analytiques de l’organisation du service d’après-vente ainsi que d’évaluer la performance financière de l’unité.
À quoi ressemblera à votre quotidien ?
Participer à la mise à jour des prévisions de l’unité d’affaire, puis contribuer au processus budgétaire annuel et au plan financier à long terme.
Travailler à la fermeture mensuelle, l'analyse et l'évaluation des états financiers en surveillant le rendement financier réel par rapport au budget annuel et aux prévisions périodiques.
Travailler en collaboration avec l’unité d’affaire afin de répondre à leurs besoins et améliorer la rentabilité et productivité de celle-ci.
Travailler activement à améliorer les processus financiers, opérationnels et de présentation de l’information de l’unité d’affaire.
Effectuer des analyses visant l’atteinte des objectifs financiers et émettre des recommandations pour la prise de décisions.
Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir
Baccalauréat avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle d’analyste financier dans une grande ou moyenne compagnie et/ou dans un cabinet comptable.
Titre CPA sera considéré comme un atout
Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.
Connaissance SAP et PBI serait un atout.
Bonne capacité de priorisation du travail et apte à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
Adaptabilité, autonomie et doté d’une attitude positive.

What are our expectations?
As an engine line analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to management, working closely with the operation in the aftermarket. The financial analyst will be responsible to maintain financial models in order to support analytical needs for the aftermarket organization and review financial performance of the unit.
What your day to day will look like?
Contribute to the overall process for the development of the long range plan, the annual budget and periodic forecast updates.
Work on month-end closing, analysis and assessment of the P&L statements by monitoring the actual financial performance against the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
Work closely with the business unit to help them improving the profitability and productivity.
Actively work on continuous improvement of financial, operational and information presentation processes of the business unit.
Conduct various financial analysis to support business goals and decisions.
The tools you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree with more than 3-5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role within a large or medium-sized company and/or in an accounting firm.
CPA designation will be considered an asset.
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
Knowledge of SAP and PBI will be considered an asset.
Good ability to prioritize work and able to manage several files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
