True North Salmon, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program has opportunities for highly motivated individuals to join the Company’s Distribution/Shipping Team based out of our facility located in St. George, New Brunswick.

The Role:

As part of the Shipping team you will work the continental day shift, the hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and report to the shift Supervisor or Lead Hand.

You will be responsible for:

  • O rder picking

  • P reparing orders for shipping

  • L oading & unloading trucks

  • V erifying load accuracy

  • V erifying incoming goods against invoices

  • S afe storage and handling of goods

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • E xcellent communication skills

  • T he ability to work as part of a team in a high demanding, deadline driven environment

  • Preference will be given to candidates with shipping/receiving; however, on the job training will be provided

  • Forklift license is an asset
