Au sein notre département dédiés à la commercialisation d’entrepôts et de locaux d’activité, nous recherchons un Stagiaire Consultant Commercial Immobilier H/F. Vous aurez notamment pour missions :

  • Aide à la constitution des dossiers commerciaux en phase avec les problématiques clients,

  • Ciblage des entreprises à contacter,

  • Réalisation d’études marketing,

  • Détection de nouveaux projets immobiliers sur votre secteur géographique,

  • Accompagnement des consultants lors des visites commerciales,

  • Rédaction d’argumentaires de vente,

  • Préparation du débriefing pour les clients,

  • Participation au reporting de l’activité.

PROFIL :

  • De formation supérieure Bac+3 à 5 orientée Commerce/Immobilier.

  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

  • Dynamique, vous avez de réelles qualités relationnelles et faites preuve de persévérance.

  • Vous disposez d’une très bonne capacité rédactionnelle et d’un esprit de synthèse.
