Job Description
Very clean environment, up to date machinery.
Operating machines
Inserting parts into machine
Quality inspecting parts made
PSS/ECU Dept.
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 pm - 9:45 pm openings
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 pm - 5:45 am openings
Job Description:
• Follow specific verbal and/or written instructions and standard work instructions
• Make routine adjustments/setups of equipment for variables such as length, temperature, or process speed
• Load raw material into the machine, complete minor changeovers, monitor machine operations, and inspect completed parts to ensure job specifications are maintained
• Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift
• Maintain activity logs
• Participate in cross-training activities
• Support and participate in the Company’s management and quality system, including continuous improvement efforts
• Notify group leader or supervisor of any problems or non-conforming product
• Support and implement the Environmental policy as it pertains to work activities
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
• Comfortable standing for the entirety of the 8-hour shift
• Excellent visual acuity to identify visual defects and manual dexterity to handle small components
• Lift materials weighing mostly under fifteen pounds
Both production and warehouse areas are clean, organized, and climate-controlled.
