Northrop Grumman Prncpl QA Policy Strategy Analyst - Active DoD Secret Clearance Required in Saint Augustine, Florida

Develops, maintains and ensures compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures and that the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications and agency guidelines. Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance. Works directly with operating entities to ensure that inspections, process control analyses or audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications. Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly. Establishes and ensures that inspections are conducted prior to the processing of raw materials, ingredients, product and package specifications, frequently at vendor/supplier locations. May serve as liaison between the company and the various governmental agencies .

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 Years of Manufacturing, Production, Quality Assurance, or Military Aircraft Ground Operations and Bachelors in Science in a STEM field; 3 Years of Manufacturing, Production, Quality Assurance, or Military Aircraft Ground Operations with Masters in a STEM field; 0 Years with PhD.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Experience conducting and managing internal audits.

  • Experience with the DCMA INST 8210

  • Experience in root cause corrective action.

  • Must have active secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience maintaining Foreign Object Elimination (FOE) Program in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • AS9100 Revision D Lead Auditor Probitas Certification

  • Prior Government Ground Representative (GGR)

  • Ability to make decisions that impact the organization's credibility, operations, and services.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

Salary Range: $76,600 - $115,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
