*Field Operations Manager ($45,000 + Incentive Pay)**Field Operations Managers undertake extensive travel across all company locations nationwide, engaging in diverse special projects and providing operational support. They play a pivotal role in managing inventory, addressing staffing shortages, and contributing to store efficiency. Field Operations Managers are required to travel full-time, with assignment locations determined by ongoing projects and store requirements. Associates typically travel for two-week periods per assignment, with all travel arrangements managed by the company's Travel Department.
