Personal Assistance Options (PAO) is a large, consumer-driven non-profit organization whose confidential services enable individuals to remain in their homes, no matter the level of care needed. Our services are tailored to each individual we support, to help them meet their daily life needs, participate in the community and fulfill their dreams.

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals who enjoy helping people with disabilities meet their daily life needs, participate in the community, and fulfill their dreams. All employees complete a training program that develops their expertise and fosters commitment to our mission. Midland and Bay County positions available.
